Vietnam Offers Chuck Norris Dual Citizenship

Vietnamese Interior Minister Le Minh Huong confirmed today that Chuck Norris can now become a citizen of Vietnam. 'Only his movies rescuing hostages would be enough for him to apply for dual citizenship,' said the Minister. 'But when I saw his movies saving prisoners of war, I was convinced he was more familiar with Vietnam than I am.' Despite criticism claiming that the endless Chuck Norris movies were not actually shot in Vietnam, the Minister maintained his position: 'Chuck Norris must know the geography and culture of Vietnam as well as any Vietnamese citizen.'
